Because yeouido cherry blossom festival in seoul & jinhae is just TOO MAINSTREAM for you who have been to Korea many times and wanna try somewhere new, this place is for you! Actually i went there right a day before festival would be held, so nobody there and they just set some atributes for festival but it's okey i hate crowd anyway. Compared to other fest, it is smaller yet more intense. Although rain came, but it didn't stop me from photo hunting hihi
